WE MANAGE PROJECTS THAT LAST

The projects we manage are all unique, with varying scopes and varying contract values. The projects are tailored to the requirements of our Clients and specific to the maintenance issue that requires remedial action. The scope of works is matched to a list of suitable contractors who are asked to submit a tender bid for the project. After careful adjudication as well as transparent consultations with our Client, a suitable contractor is appointed. All projects are managed under a suitable JBCC Minor Works contract with ProjectLab as the Principal Agent.
